You know you’re watching a Trickster episode when…

Richard Speight Jr. in Matlock

And again, not to mention that he looks like Tiziano’s Archangel Gabriel too… perfect casting is perfect… of wait he didn’t have to audition. He is that awesome and made for the role.
Congratulations to Rob Singer for asking Richard to play this role. :D

So, this is something I noticed while watching the Pilot for the umpteenth time. After Dean tells the girl that they’re the missing kid’s uncles, Sam shakes his head and laughs a bit. You can see it in the third .gif, like he’s going, Oh, Dean. And what it sounds like here is that Dean’s saying, “I’m Dean and this is Sammy—but Sammy’s not actually a blood relative.” And when they’re sitting in the restaurant, Dean’s got his arm around him. They’re never physical like that. Yes, they have no concept of personal space, but unless they’re critically injured or have just returned from the dead, the farthest this goes is usually walking too close and letting their shoulders bump. They don’t ever have their arms around each other.

Conclusion: Sam and Dean pretended to be an ambiguously gay couple in the first episode, and Eric Kripke is such a hipster that he shipped wincest before there was even a show.
